As Vice President of Global Operations, Victor Saenz provides strategic leadership to the global operations team to ensure world-class service and client satisfaction while partnering with sales and marketing on the continued growth of the DATAMARK business.
With more than 20 years of experience at DATAMARK leading high-performing teams through periods of high growth and sustained performance, Victor’s expertise spans multiple Fortune 500 organizations in several sectors, including financial services, BPO, human capital management, and telecommunications.
Throughout his career, Victor has developed leaders who can collaborate with customers through transparency, engineering, quality, and analytics to exceed expectations. Victor has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, and he is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
