IHC and DATAMARK Announce New Joint Venture: Oveana Global Business Services

November 03, 2014

Integrated Human Capital (IHC), a human capital solutions firm, and DATAMARK, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced business services, today officially announced the launch of a joint venture between the two companies: Oveana Global Business Services.

Oveana will provide a wide range of business services to corporations, government agencies and other large organizations. Oveana’s services and solutions include outsourced multichannel contact center services, high-volume document scanning and imaging, mailroom management, data entry, business process improvement consulting and other business process outsourcing (BPO) services.

Oveana is certified by the State of Texas as a historically underutilized business (HUB) and by the Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council as a minority business enterprise (MBE). A privately held limited liability company (LLC) registered in the State of Texas, Oveana is majority owned by El Paso native Rosa Santana, owner and CEO of Integrated Human Capital. Santana will serve as Oveana’s CEO.

“We are excited to bring together the talent and experience from these two organizations, which, combined, have more than 30 years of experience serving the business needs of Fortune 500 companies and other organizations,” said Santana. “As a certified MBE, Oveana Global Business Services will be in a position to compete for global contracts with companies seeking to improve cost and operational efficiencies for their back office functions. As we move forward, we hope to soon share some good news about economic growth for the El Paso region and beyond.”

DATAMARK, founded by principal owners Bill and Becky Holmes, has provided outsourced business services in the El Paso-Juarez region for 25 years. DATAMARK President Bill Randag will serve as Oveana’s vice president.

“The idea for a partnership between IHC and DATAMARK had been in the works for some time, and we are delighted to announce today the entrance of Oveana Global Business Services into the BPO, contact center and business consulting space,” said Randag. “As an El Paso-based company, DATAMARK has long valued workforce diversity, and we are proud to be a part of this MBE joint venture. We look forward to creating opportunities for employment in the Borderland region and other locations where Oveana will do business.”
