DATAMARK, Inc., a leading provider of business process solutions for Fortune 500 companies and other large enterprises, will celebrate its 25th year in the business process outsourcing (BPO) space with a special logo and new website features for 2015.
DATAMARK began data entry work for its first client in 1990, and expanded its service offerings as it added more customers over the next two-and-a-half decades. The company’s services now include outsourced mailroom management, document processing, high-volume scanning and imaging, business process improvement consulting, and bilingual English/Spanish contact center services.
“It’s an exciting time for DATAMARK--to mark a quarter-century in business while moving into 2015 with new projects and new opportunities,” said DATAMARK President Bill Randag . The company recently completed an expansion of its bilingual contact center operations in Mexico and opened another contact center in El Paso, Texas as part of a new joint venture.

DATAMARK was founded in El Paso, Texas in 1989 by husband-and-wife Bill and Becky Holmes to handle data-entry work for its first customer. From those early beginnings, the company has grown to serve companies in multiple industries, providing business services such as claims processing, invoice processing, mailroom facility management, and inbound and outbound multichannel contact center services.
