Objective
Develop an on-line, continuously available system for archiving documents. Each document would be indexed by certain associated data. The system would then allow for remote users to utilize secure logins for searching and retrieving data and documents for specialized use.
Solution
DATAMARK has utilized the latest database technology available for the purpose of securely storing data and quickly retrieving the stored data and documents based on configurable search criteria. The system is flexible so that archiving can occur for a broad range of document types and data segments. Specialized web servers offer layered access to the data, so that many different levels of access can be defined. In this way, only the proper data is available to only the proper people.
The system is then extendible to the specific business needs of individual clients. Specialized reporting and archiving functionality can be made available as needed.
