Fax Identification Solution for Insurance Client

This case study provides an overview of a paperless fax solution DATAMARK developed for a Fortune 500 insurance client to manage submission of various types of member insurance claims through fax servers.

Challenge

Develop a paperless fax solution for the submission of various types of member insurance claims. Record documents received and corresponding data captured such that pertinent information is available to the insurance client through an on-line environment.

Solution

DATAMARK installed multiple PRI Lines for easy customer access from any remote location and regular availability of the system. DATAMARK processors then electronically sort claims according to client business rules and capture necessary data for document logging and tracking. All of this information is then made readily available on-line through near-real-time reporting. This information can be used directly in client business functions, helping them to offer better service to their customers.
