Max Aguilar
Director of Technology & Software Development
With over 19 years of experience in the IT field, Max Aguilar joined the DATAMARK team in February 2009. As Director of Technology and Software Development, Max leads a software engineering team charged with building imaging, workflow, business process modeling and document management applications.
Before DATAMARK, Max spent nearly 17 years at business process and technology management firm Genpact. He served in various roles, including Software Development Manager, IT Architect and IT Transitions Leader. At Genpact, Max acted as lead IT and process designer for a multi-million dollar implementation of a FileNET enterprise content management and records management solution. He also served on FileNET’s Technical Advisory Council. Max also managed off-shore software development operations for major accounts such as Morgan Stanley and Candle Corp (now IBM Tivoli Group).
Max is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Texas at El Paso.
