Bill Randag
President
Now approaching his 20th year with DATAMARK, President Bill Randag has been an instrumental part of the company’s steady growth and international expansion.
After a successful career as an Air Force pilot and pilot instructor, Bill joined DATAMARK in 1993 as the Marketing Executive. As DATAMARK added new business and sought to expand its outsourcing operations, Bill directed the acquisition of a processing facility in Mexico in 1995. He spent three years as DATAMARK’s Director of Mexico Operations before being promoted to Senior Vice President in 1998.
As Senior VP, Bill was responsible for a number of DATAMARK operations, including Programming, Production, Sales and Marketing, and the DATAMARK de Mexico division.
Bill was promoted to President in 2001. Understanding the need to provide a greater range of business process options for clients, Bill led the company’s expansion into India in 2005. The result was a strategic partnership with Prodapt Solutions, based in Chennai India. Bill is chairman of the joint venture, known as DATAMARK Prodapt India BPO Pvt. Ltd.
Bill was named to the Globalization Today "Powerhouse 25" list in 2011. The magazine recognizes the most influential individuals in the outsourcing industry, as chosen by readers and Globalization Today's panel of judges.
