DATAMARK offers multiple cost options, with a choice of processing locations in the U.S., Mexico and India. By selecting the outsourcing location model that best fits your business’ requirements, we can help you achieve an ideal balance between costs, risks and rewards.
Onshore
Depending on the solution required for your process, your digital mailroom or document processing center can be hosted at DATAMARK’s El Paso, Texas, facility or at another U.S. site. Onshore locations have higher labor rates than nearshore or offshore, but onshore offers other advantages, including control of physical documents to meet compliance requirements, lower transportation costs for project visits and bilingual English/Spanish customer service representatives.
Nearshore
DATAMARK’s border location allows us to offer customers a nearshore processing option. Our Mexico plant is only seven miles from our headquarters in El Paso, Texas. Nearshore processing offers the same advantages as onshore: high security, quick turnaround time and lower transportation costs—with the added benefit of reduced labor costs. This model is often a perfect fit for projects that are first piloted onshore and then migrated nearshore for additional cost savings.
Offshore
Our Chennai, India, processing location offers a very significant labor cost differential. A highly educated, English-speaking workforce is capable of data entry, indexing, research and other high-skill tasks. As with all DATAMARK facilities, our India processing plant meets strict security standards.
On-site
An on-site facility-managed digital mailroom or document processing center is an excellent choice for companies with special requirements for compliance, customer privacy rules or control of physical documents. Labor costs are normally higher for on-site managed facilities, but companies still gain from outsourcing’s benefits: There is minimal capital investment, human resource issues are handled by DATAMARK and project volumes can be quickly scaled up or down as necessary.
